Chester Creek Capital is a family-run independent investment company that invests in lower middle market companies. Our principals have a 30 year track record of partnering with leadership teams to grow successful companies.
Chester Creek Capital is a coming together of three entrepreneurs with a shared passion for growing companies. With a combined 70 years of experience in the lower middle market space, we have helped dozens of companies and their teams realize their potential. Our strategy is to keep teams in place and give them the coaching and resources they require for exponential growth.
At Chester Creek Capital, each member of our team brings a unique skill to the table. Deb’s passion is people and process. She has been a systems coach focused on organization development for more than two decades. She looks at the interconnection of people and business functions, coaching and leading teams to realize their potential. Through implementing the successful Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), she puts in place a structure that manages human energy and allows for predictable, consistent results.Â

 John’s passion is marketing and business development. John has worked in both online properties and traditional business for more than 20 years with a singular focus on growing business from startups to Fortune 500 companies. John’s breadth of experience allows him to find drivers to execute sustained growth. Steve’s passion is strategy and finance. Through his many roles in the middle market space, he has been able to structure businesses, problem-solve, and break through barriers for consistent profitable growth.
